Included in our menu are a number of Smorrebrod dishes
The meaning of "Smorrebrod" is Danish for "Smorr" meaning butter and "Brod" meaning Danish Rye Bread. This is a favourite lunch for the Scandinavians and the Danish in particular. We have been inspired by the famous Smorrebrod Restaurants in Copenhagen which have offered this type of diet to the locals and visitors since 1877.
